Hillary Parry (Fay)

Owner & Lead Makeup Artist

So glad you're here! I am the owner and lead makeup artist for Hillary Fay Studios. My primary focus (and true love) is bridal work. My goal on your wedding day is to create a fun, relaxed, organized, and stress-free environment, all while still providing a luxury experience for you. I hold my team to the highest standards so that you feel confident even if I'm not personally at your wedding!

I frequently work with destination couples, so if you have chosen Vermont or SW Florida as your wedding location, I'm happy to help make the booking process smooth, even from states away! As a recent bride myself, I understand the ins and outs of weddings & planning.

Fun Facts:
- I am a snowbird! My husband and I spend May- late October in Vermont (for wedding season!), and November-April in Fort Myers, FL
- We have one dog & two cats, plus my retired show pony who resides at my parent's farm in Northern Vermont
- I lived on Kodiak Island, Alaska, right after college training horses
- Ways to my heart: Diet Coke, iced coffee, dogs & cats, a crisp white wine

Ashley Moran

Lead Hair Stylist

Ashley is a seasoned hairstylist working both behind the chair with her personal cut/ color clients, and alongside the Hillary Fay Studios team as the lead stylist. 

Ashley joined the team in 2018 and is available for all of the 2026/7 season and beyond. Whether you want a modern up-do, or Hollywood waves, Ashley has 18 years of hair experience and can make your vision come to life. Working during the week in her own salon, Ashley is able to keep up to date with all new trends and styles. Hillary & Ashley primarily work together!

Fun Facts:
- Ashley has two kiddos who both excel in figure skating and soccer (hot soccer mom status!)
- Ashley is an avid skier during the winter months
- Hillary & Ashley randomly met at a wedding, started talking business & that's where the team started
- Ways to Ashley's heart: red wine, Daschund dogs, Starbucks cold brew & fresh powder for skiing

Kate Taylor

Makeup Artist

Kate has been a freelance MUA in Vermont for almost a decade. She loves creating naturally elevated, romantic & classic bridal looks. Kate joined Hillary Fay Studios in early 2023 & will be available for the 2026 season & beyond!

During the week, Kate is a pediatric consultant & mother of two. She loves that weddings allow to show her artistic & creative side, which started with a concentration in oil painting. Kate has also worked for local VT brands in commercial makeup shoots. Along with weddings, Kate can offer makeup tutorial sessions, photo shoots, commercial shoots, and head shots. 

Fun Facts:
- Kate loves to express herself in many mediums, including makeup artistry, but also face painting, watercolor, and oil painting
- Kate and her husband love to snowboard; Stowe Mountain is their favorite!
- Ways to Kate's heart: house plants, rainbows, kittens, the ocean
- Years of experience: 10

Rheanna Gaudette

Makeup Artist

With years under her belt working as a hairstylist & extension specialist, Rheanna has now branched into the world of bridal makeup artistry and completed numerous weddings throughout Vermont and upstate New York in the past 9 years. So, while Rheanna is new to the HFS team in 2023, she is not new to weddings or bridal work!

Being fluent in current trends & looks varying from hyper natural makeup to more soft glam, she can offer a wealth of talent & expertise for your big day. Rheanna has also personally trained with Hillary & has taken two Master Bridal Courses.

Fun Facts:
- Rheanna is also a color specialist & licensed cosmetologist (if you need permanent extensions, she's got you)
- She has two adorable sons- Jude & Teddy!

Kelsey Cauchon

Hairstylist

Kelsey has been a stylist since 2019, working both behind the chair in Florida salons and at weddings across Vermont and New England. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for beauty, she ensures every client feels confident and radiant on their big day.

Kelsey is dedicated to staying current, regularly attending Master Classes and continuing education to bring the latest styles and techniques to her clients.

Specialty: modern updo's, timeless half-up styles, French Twist's & more!

Fun Facts:
- Kelsey met Hillary through the horse world and mutual friends
- She has two kitties, but loves all animals
- Worked as a stylist in SW FL
- Has a Starbuck's addiction
- Years of experience: 7

Amanda Camper

Makeup Artist

Amanda is dedicated to creating a personalized experience for each client, ensuring every look feels intentional and unique. Specializing in natural to soft glam makeup, Amanda focuses on enhancing each person’s natural beauty while still keeping them feeling like themselves, just a more polished, elevated version.

Fun Facts:
- Amanda loves being barefoot whenever she can
​- Her perfect vacation always includes being near the water
- Amanda is also a freelance photographer in her spare time
- She has a calm, easygoing personality and enjoys connecting one-on-one with her clients.

The Studio

When you come in for your bridal trial, makeup lesson, or appointment, you get to step into our lavish studio that has all the cozy comforts, and modern luxuries of the perfect makeup & hair space. Located in the heart of downtown Williston, VT, there's plenty to do if you're making the trip from afar!
