Hillary Parry (Fay)

Owner & Lead Makeup Artist

So glad you're here! I am the owner and lead makeup artist for Hillary Fay Studios. My primary focus (and true love) is bridal work. My goal on your wedding day is to create a fun, relaxed, organized, and stress-free environment, all while still providing a luxury experience for you. I hold my team to the highest standards so that you feel confident even if I'm not personally at your wedding!

I frequently work with destination couples, so if you have chosen Vermont or SW Florida as your wedding location, I'm happy to help make the booking process smooth, even from states away! As a recent bride myself, I understand the ins and outs of weddings & planning.

Fun Facts:
- I am a snowbird! My husband and I spend May- late October in Vermont (for wedding season!), and November-April in Fort Myers, FL
- We have one dog & two cats, plus two retired show horses who reside at my parent's farm in Northern Vermont
- I lived on Kodiak Island, Alaska, right after college training horses
- Ways to my heart: Sav Blanc, Hazelnut iced coffee, dogs, cats, really any animal, a warm vibe

Ashley Moran

Hair Stylist

Ashley is a seasoned hairstylist working both behind the chair with her personal cut/ color clients, and alongside the Hillary Fay Studios team as the lead stylist. 

Ashley joined the team in 2018 and is available for all of the 2025 season and beyond. Whether you want a modern up-do, or Hollywood waves, Ashley has 18 years of hair experience and can make your vision come to life. Working during the week in her own salon, Ashley is able to keep up to date with all new trends and styles. Hillary & Ashley primarily work together!

Fun Facts:
- Ashley has two kiddos who both excel in figure skating and soccer (hot soccer mom status!)
- Ashley is an avid skier during the winter months
- Hillary & Ashley randomly met at a wedding, started talking business & that's where the team started
- Ways to Ashley's heart: red wine, Frenchie dogs, Starbucks cold brew & fresh powder for skiing

Nicole Walker

Hair Stylist

Nicole joined Hillary Fay Studios as a licensed cosmetologist in 2020 specializing in all thing's bridal hair! Along with weddings, Nicole can offer styling for photo shoots, commercials, and head shots.

Nicole has experience working both in high end salons and on-location for styling & bridal hair. Looking for that soft, romantic half-up style? She's your girl!

Fun Facts:
- Nicole is also a mountain bike and ski coach! She has the best of both worlds with the beauty industry & the adrenaline of the mountains
- She is a Massachusettes native 
- Nicole and her fiancé drive cross country every fall to winter in Malibu, CA (also available for weddings there!)
- Ways to Nicole's heart: house plants, dogs, and a good mountain & surfing!
- Years of experience: 15

Rheanna Gaudette

Makeup Artist

With years under her belt working as a hairstylist, Rheanna has now branched into the world of bridal makeup artistry and completed numerous weddings throughout Vermont and upstate New York in the past 8 years. So, while Rheanna is new to the team in 2024, she is not new to weddings or bridal work!

Being fluent in current trends & looks varying from hyper natural makeup to more full glam, she can offer a wealth of talent & expertise for your big day! Rheanna has also personally trained with Hillary & has taken her Master Bridal Course.

- Rheanna is also a color specialist & licensed cosmetologist
- She has an adorable son named Jude!

Kate Taylor

Makeup Artist

Kate has been a freelance MUA in Vermont for almost a decade. She loves creating naturally elevated, romantic & classic bridal looks. Kate joined Hillary Fay studios in early 2023 & will be available for the 2025 season & beyond!

During the week, Kate is a pediatric consultant & mother of two. She loves that weddings allow to show her artistic & creative side, which started with a concentration in oil painting. Kate has also worked for local VT brands in commercial shoots. Along with weddings, Kate can offer makeup tutorial sessions, photo shoots, commercial shoots, and head shots. 

Fun Facts:
- Kate loves to express herself in many mediums, including makeup artistry, but also face painting, watercolor, and oil painting
- Kate and her husband love to snowboard; Stowe Mountain is their favorite!
- Ways to Kate's heart: house plants, rainbows, kittens, and water- the ocean, a lake, a stream, or anything!

Jen Sweeney

Hair Stylist

Jen has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2016 and spent three years behind the chair at Stephen & Burns, where she gained valuable experience in a variety of hair services and clientele. 

While she enjoyed working in the salon, Jen discovered that wedding and event styling is where her true passion lies. In 2018 she started focusing solely on wedding/event hair.

Specialty: clean, polished, timeless looks for brides and their parties that will hold up through everything the day brings!

Fun Facts:
- Jen got connected to Hillary through Rheanna
- Seeing the brides final "reveal" is Jen's favorite part of a wedding day
- While Jen is new to the Hillary Fay Studio's team in 2024, she is not new to styling event hair!

Kelsey Cauchon

Hairstylist

Kelsey has been a stylist since 2019 and has worked both behind the chair in salons in Florida, and numerous weddings throughout Vermont and New England. With years of customer service experience & styling experience, Kelsey excels working in the wedding industry ensuring everyone is confident and happy in their looks!

Fun Facts:
- Kelsey met Hillary through the horse world and mutual friends
- She has two kitties, but loves all animals
- Loves the beach!
- Years of experience: 5

When you come in for your bridal trial, makeup lesson, or appointment, you get to step into our lavish studio that has all the cozy comforts, and modern luxuries of the perfect makeup & hair space. Located in the heart of downtown Williston, VT, there's plenty to do if you're making the trip from afar!
