What Makes My Service "LUXURY"?

“Luxury” can vary based on many factors, and depends on the service(s) a vendor provides. As you're searching for your dream wedding vendor team, and you see them list themselves as "luxury", don't be afraid to ask why! Let me break down why I consider my services a luxury experience:

1. Aesthetic: This is a bit superficial, but putting out a clean palette of branding colors, fluidity with my website and other marketing tools is so important! I have seen so many other vendors who are amazing at what they do, but lack a professional website, don't have a business logo, or have varied “messages” and styles with their branding. 
   
2. Communication: I do my very best to go above and beyond with offering timely responses. I have heard from past brides that they sometimes would be waiting days if not WEEKS to hear back from other vendors. As a professional, this is not acceptable. I always try to respond within 24 hours- or faster. Communication also means I answer questions before you have to ask them. I send prep lists out for trial runs & 3 weeks prior to your wedding. I want to make LESS work & planning for you. 
   
3. Coordination: Wedding mornings are hectic! The last thing you want is your makeup or hair schedule interfering with the photographer or planners timeline. I will go the extra mile to reach out to your photographer/ and or planner ahead of time to get an idea of the mornings events. This extra organization will help ensure your morning goes off without a hitch, and helps reassure other vendors that I will be running things on time. 
   
4. Luxury Products: Providing luxury brand products in my kit is also super important. This means no “cheap-o” makeup (other than my fave L’Oreal mascara!). Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath, Viseart, and other top-notch professional brands make up my kit. These products also cost a pretty penny, which is factored into my rates. 
   
5. Skin Prep/ Customization/ Other: Taking the time to really understand your vision for not just the makeup or hair, but the WHOLE wedding vibe is key! I want to curate a look that will flow perfectly with your day. Getting your skin prepped with luxury skincare items before applying the makeup will help ensure longevity & the makeup's ability to be photographed. 
   

I hope these help give you an insight into my business practices and realize that I don’t want to simply provide makeup or hair, I want to provide an experience. An experience that might just be a small part of your big day, but can make you feel like you didn't have to work hard & at the end of the day, make you feel like a QUEEN.
